Payment Terms

How Payments Work

  • A non-refundable deposit is due upon signing the contract and is applied toward the total balance
  • One-half of the remaining balance is due within one week of the wedding date
  • The final balance is due upon delivery of the completed videos
  • Payment plans and installment options may be available on a case-by-case basis

Delivery Timeline

When to Expect Your Videos

My standard practice: teaser trailer within 3 days, highlights video within 6 weeks, and the full-length film within 3 months. I am a meticulous creator who believes in quality over speed. These timelines are estimates, not guarantees — delays can occur during peak season (June–November). If an urgent turnaround is your top priority, I may not be the right fit, and I believe in sharing that openly upfront.

Raw Footage

Unedited Footage Policy

Raw footage is available upon request for an additional fee covering an external hard drive and shipping. It is delivered as-is — unpolished, ungraded, and unedited — and is intended for archival purposes only. Clients acknowledge that no quality judgments should be made based on raw footage prior to receiving the final edited deliverables.
