FAQs

CONTACT-

How soon can I schedule a project?

Video and photo requests are preferably made within a minimal 1 week notice, though exceptions can be made dependent on the project.

What about costs?

Costs are calculated on project-by-project basis, please contact with details of request for a concise amount. Additionally, a non-refundable retainer deposit equaling a portion of the full amount is required before the shoot.

What is the schedule of costs?

A non-refundable retainer deposit is required before the project date and then the full remaining amount of the previously agreed payment is due by the project date.

Is there paperwork?

A typical client contract e-signed by the creator and client prior to the project is required.

What if a extrapolating circumstance comes up and I need to cancel?

Life happens! I completely understand! The retainer fee is non-refundable and once paid cannot be returned. This is to ensure that I am not being implicated as a working professional. The rest of the project costs will be refunded in full if already paid at this point. This will all be specified in detail within the contract.

Can I request revisions?

Up to two revisions to the end product are allowed. After this point, additional costs will be incurred.

-Can I have the unedited RAW files?

Raw files of the photography or video content distributed are not allowed. This negates the work and meticulous effort put into the edit. Please make sure that the look/tone of my portfolio matches what your aim for the project is beforehand.

How will my products be delivered?

Photos and Videos are delivered via a private Google Drive link. Photos are given as JPGs through an online Pixieset gallery. Uncompressed TIFF files are also available for print purposes.

I want video or photo coverage for my event/performance, what prep is needed?

Admittance to view the venue in person prior to the project’s shoot date as well as a point-of-contact personnel for the venue is required. Special circumstances will be considered but this is to ensure proper preparation for optimal quality of the end result. In addition, contact with the on-site audio technician is required and very important.
